La Mamounia is putting 50 covers a night in its gardens on 6, 7 and 8 October 2026. The hotel magazine, posted 2 September, prices the ticket at 2,800 MAD and names two visiting chefs: Emmanuel Renaut of Flocons de Sel in Megève and Olivier Nasti of Le Chambard in Kaysersberg. 7news later put service at 20:00. Book on +212 524 38 86 00 or restaurants@mamounia.com. The three menus are already PDF files on mamounia.com. If you want a table, call now. Fifty seats sell out in this hotel before the week of the dinner.
Tuesday 6 October is Renaut's night
Renaut holds three Michelin stars at Flocons de Sel and the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title. His 6 October card, headed "Menu signé par Chef Emmanuel Renaut," opens with a vegetable pie using herbs from the hotel garden, poured with AOC Sancerre from Domaine Clément and Florian Berthier 2024. Then lobster and caviar with hibiscus against a 2022 Meursault 1er cru Les Genévrières from Vincent Girardin. The fish course is a red mullet quenelle in champagne sauce, with Pierre Peters L'Esprit 2018 in the glass. The meat course is beef cheek and foie gras Albufera with Duo de La Conseillante Pomerol 2017.
Pierre Hermé closes that night with "Comme une profiterole," pistachio parfait, cocoa-nib nougatine, pistachio cream, pistachio praline and a cold chocolate sauce. That is the chocolate-and-pistachio plate the English magazine copy calls a "luxurious pairing." The PDF is more useful: it names the textures.
Wednesday is four hands. Thursday is Nasti's Alsace.
On 7 October the two chefs split the card. Nasti starts with lightly smoked "green" eel glazed with citrus. Renaut repeats the lobster-and-caviar hibiscus plate. Nasti then sends brocard petals from his hunts with gamberoni and a charcuterie vinaigrette, poured with Pouilly-Fumé Cuvée Riquette 2024 from Domaine de Bel Air. Renaut's red mullet quenelle returns as a main. Nasti's main is a board of Maison Miéral birds: pigeon in its blood, caponized quail, Dombes duckling and guinea fowl, with black Melanosporum truffle cooked in ash, against Laurent Tardieu Côte-Rôtie Vieilles Vignes 2023. Hermé's dessert that night is Cerès: oven-roasted caramelised apples, wild fennel ice cream, fennel confit and caramelised buckwheat. That is the "caramelised apple" line in the magazine, written out.
8 October is Nasti alone. The eel and the brocard-gamberoni plates return as openers. Then a "choucroute nouvelle" with wild caraway from the Beauregard plateaus and fermented red berries, poured with Zind-Humbrecht Clos Windsbuhl Riesling 2016. A fish plate pairs line-caught sea bass and pink sea bream with horseradish cream and a beetroot rose, against Hubert Lamy St-Aubin 1er Cru Clos de La Chatenière 2022. The Miéral birds and ash-cooked truffle come back as "Une chimère." Hermé finishes with an open Mogador millefeuille: caramelised puff pastry, thin milk chocolate, milk-chocolate and passion-fruit cream, caramelised roasted pineapple. That is the passion-and-pineapple dessert the magazine names without the pastry construction.
Nasti holds two Michelin stars at Le Chambard and is also a Meilleur Ouvrier de France. The magazine copy frames 8 October as his Alsace night. The PDF agrees: the sauerkraut, the Riesling, the hunt meat. It also keeps a lot of sea fish on the table. If you only want game and cabbage, read the 8 October file before you book. If you want Renaut's garden pie and beef cheek, Tuesday is the only night those dishes appear.
What the magazine leaves out
The English and French magazine pages sell the gardens and the 2,800 MAD figure. They do not print start time. 7news, writing on 27 September, says the dinners start at 20:00. Trust that for a taxi plan until the reservations desk says otherwise. The same 7news piece folds in the rest of the hotel's autumn: Susanne Kaufmann in the spa from 1 October, Elisabeth Busson in the public rooms from 15 October to 15 November. Those are separate bookings. Do not treat a dinner reservation as a spa slot.
Wine is by the glass, AOC, chosen with the hotel sommeliers. The PDFs list one wine per savoury course. Dessert wines are not named. The 2,800 MAD is per person. The hotel does not publish a children's price, a vegetarian rewrite, or a hallway table if the garden is wet. Ask restaurants@mamounia.com those questions in the same email as the date you want. The black-and-white patio "Dîner Éphémère" page on the site is a different product, a private hire. These three nights are the garden series.
La Mamounia sits on Avenue Bab Jdid, 40040 Marrakech, at the medina wall. There is no tram stop at the gate. Take a petit taxi and say Bab Jdid or La Mamounia. October evenings in those gardens can drop after 21:00. Bring a jacket. Dress as you would for a palace dining room, even though the tables are outside.
